1. (a) The 79th Judicial District is composed of Brooks and Jim Wells counties.

2. (b) The terms of the 79th District Court begin:

   1. (1) in Brooks County at 10 a.m. on the first Mondays in February and September; and
   2. (2) in Jim Wells County at 10 a.m. on the first Mondays in March and October.
