Tex. Gov't Code § 24.171 – 69Th Judicial District (Dallam, Hartley, Moore, and Sherman Counties)

(a) The 69th Judicial District is composed of Dallam, Hartley, Moore, and Sherman counties.
(b) The terms of the 69th District Court begin:
1. (1) in Dallam County on the 16th Monday after the second Mondays in January and July;
2. (2) in Hartley County on the 12th Monday after the second Mondays in January and July;
3. (3) in Moore County on the 10th Monday after the second Mondays in January and July; and
4. (4) in Sherman County on the 14th Monday after the second Mondays in January and July.
