Tex. Gov't Code § 24.133 – 31St Judicial District (Gray, Hemphill, Lipscomb, Roberts, and Wheeler Counties)

(a) The 31st Judicial District is composed of Gray, Hemphill, Lipscomb, Roberts, and Wheeler counties.
(b) The terms of the 31st District Court begin:
1. (1) in Gray County on the first Mondays in January and July;
2. (2) in Hemphill County on the second Monday in April and the first Monday in November;
3. (3) in Lipscomb County on the fourth Monday in March and the second Monday in September;
4. (4) in Roberts County on the second Monday in March and the fourth Monday in August; and
5. (5) in Wheeler County on the fourth Mondays in April and November.
