Tex. Gov't Code § 24.125 – 24Th Judicial District (Calhoun, Dewitt, Goliad, Jackson, Refugio, and Victoria Counties)

(a) The 24th Judicial District is composed of Calhoun, DeWitt, Goliad, Jackson, Refugio, and Victoria counties.
(b) The terms of the 24th District Court begin:
1. (1) in Calhoun County on the fourth Mondays in April and October;
2. (2) in DeWitt County on the second Mondays in January and July;
3. (3) in Goliad County on the first Mondays in February and August;
4. (4) in Jackson County on the fourth Mondays in January and July;
5. (5) in Refugio County on the third Mondays in April and October; and
6. (6) in Victoria County on the second Mondays in March and September.
