1. (a) Juries for special terms authorized by Section 24.014 shall be summoned in the manner provided by law for regular terms.
2. (b) Any proceeding in a case that may be held at a regular term may also be held at a special term.

3. (c) The following procedures in any civil or criminal case are the same and have the same force and effect when done at a special term as though done at a regular term:

   1. (1) the issuance of process, whether to a regular term or a special term;
   2. (2) the conduct of proceedings;
   3. (3) the issuance of an order, judgment, or decree; and
   4. (4) an appeal.
4. (d) A proceeding held at a special term may be appealed as if it were held at a regular term.
