Bonds issued by the department under this chapter are legal and authorized investments for:
- (1) banks;
- (2) savings banks;
- (3) trust companies;
- (4) savings and loan associations;
- (5) insurance companies;
- (6) fiduciaries;
- (7) trustees;
- (8) guardians; or
(9) sinking or other public funds of:
- (A) this state;
- (B) a municipality;
- (C) a county;
- (D) a school district; or
- (E) another political subdivision or public agency of this state.
