- (a) The board may state in a resolution authorizing the issuance of an installment or series of bonds the extent to which the presiding officer of the board or any other officer may use a facsimile signature or facsimile seal instead of a manual signature or manually impressed seal to execute or attest the bonds and appurtenant coupons.
- (b) An interest coupon may be signed by the facsimile signature of the presiding officer of the board.
