Text of subdivision as added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1029 (H.B. 1637), Sec. 1

1. (a) The Texas First-Time Homebuyer Program shall facilitate the origination of single-family mortgage loans for eligible first-time homebuyers.
2. (b) The program may include down payment and closing cost assistance.
