Collection of Penalty

Effective Sep 1, 2007Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1341 (S.B. 1908)

(a) If the person does not pay the penalty and the enforcement of the penalty is not stayed, the penalty may be collected.
(b) The attorney general may sue to collect the penalty.
