- (a) A local government may approve or disapprove a housing rehabilitation loan application authorized by Section 2304.063. The approval or disapproval must be given in accordance with the rules adopted by the department under Section 2304.062.
- (b) The local government shall notify the department of the approval of a loan application and the amount of the approved loan.
