A company engages in scrutinized business operations with a designated foreign terrorist organization if:

1. (1) the company has business operations that involve:

   1. (A) a contract with or providing supplies or services to a designated foreign terrorist organization;
   2. (B) a company in which a designated foreign terrorist organization has any direct or indirect equity share;
   3. (C) a consortium or project commissioned by a designated foreign terrorist organization; or
   4. (D) a company involved in a consortium or project commissioned by a designated foreign terrorist organization; or

2. (2) the company supplies terroristic equipment to a designated foreign terrorist organization.
