- (a) The Department of Public Safety is primarily responsible for maintaining and scheduling aircraft the Department of Public Safety owns and operates.
- (b) The Department of Public Safety shall base Department of Public Safety aircraft at locations throughout this state as the Department of Public Safety considers necessary.
- (c) A pilot of an aircraft the Department of Public Safety owns and operates must be an employee of the Department of Public Safety.
