Sec. 2155.141. PURCHASES FOR AUXILIARY ENTERPRISE NOT WITHIN COMPTROLLER'S PURCHASING AUTHORITY

The comptroller's authority does not extend to a purchase of goods and services for an auxiliary enterprise.
