Sec. 2155.140. PURCHASE FROM GIFT OR GRANT NOT WITHIN COMPTROLLER'S PURCHASING AUTHORITY

The comptroller's authority does not apply to a purchase of goods or services from a gift or grant, including an industrial or federal grant or contract in support of research.
