Tex. Gov't Code § 2101.052 – Applicability of Subchapter

The requirements of this subchapter apply only to:

(1) the permanent school fund;
(2) the permanent university fund;
(3) the Teacher Retirement System of Texas trust fund; and
(4) each trust account administered by the Employees Retirement System of Texas.
