Tex. Gov't Code § 2063.204
(c) The command shall establish a framework for regional cybersecurity task forces to execute mutual aid agreements that allow state agencies, local governments, regional planning commissions, public and private institutions of higher education, the private sector, the regional security operations centers under Subchapter G, and the cybersecurity incident response unit under Section 2063.202 to assist with responding to a cybersecurity incident in this state. A task force may be established within the geographic area of a regional planning commission established under Chapter 391, Local Government Code. The task force may establish a list of available cybersecurity experts and share resources to assist in responding to the cybersecurity incident and recovery from the incident.
