1. (a) The data base for the administrative code is exempt from disclosure under Chapter 552.

2. (b) In this section, "data base" means the machine-readable form of the material prepared for and used in the publication of the administrative code and includes:

   1. (1) indexes;
   2. (2) annotations;
   3. (3) tables of contents;
   4. (4) tables of authority;
   5. (5) cross-references;
   6. (6) compiled rules; and
   7. (7) other unique material.
