Sec. 371.301. COMMISSIONER'S ENFORCEMENT POWERS

For purposes of enforcing this chapter, the commissioner:

1. (1) has the powers granted to the commissioner under Chapter 14;

2. (2) may exercise those powers in the same manner as those powers may be exercised under:

   1. (A) Chapters 14, 392, and 394;
   2. (B) Subtitle B, Title 4; and
   3. (C) Chapters 51, 302, 601, and 621, Business & Commerce Code; and
3. (3) has any authority granted the commissioner by other law.
