Tex. Fin. Code § 371.067

Contents and Display of License

Effective Sep 1, 1997Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008

(a) A license must state:
1. (1) the name of the pawnbroker; and
2. (2) the address at which the business is to be conducted.
(b) A pawnbroker shall display a license at the place of business provided on the license.
