Sec. 345.110. BUYER'S ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DELIVERY OF AGREEMENT COPY

1. (a) Any retail buyer's acknowledgment of delivery of a copy of a retail charge agreement that is contained in the body of the agreement must:

   1. (1) be in at least 10-point type that is bold-faced, capitalized, or underlined or otherwise conspicuously set out from the surrounding written material; and
   2. (2) appear directly above the buyer's signature.

2. (b) A retail buyer's acknowledgment, conforming to this section, of delivery of a copy of the agreement is, in an action or proceeding, presumptive proof that:

   1. (1) the copy was delivered to the buyer; and
   2. (2) the agreement did not contain a blank space when it was signed by the buyer.
