Board Officers and Personnel

Effective Sep 1, 1997Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008

(a) At the first board meeting after each directors' election, the board shall elect from its membership a presiding officer.
(b) The board may appoint other officers and employees as the board considers appropriate.
