Tex. Fin. Code § 273.102

Board of Directors

Effective Sep 1, 1997Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008

(a) The board shall exercise the powers and manage the business and affairs of the corporation.
(b) The board consists of:
1. (1) the members of the Finance Commission of Texas; and
2. (2) six members elected by the member associations at an annual meeting.
