In this chapter:

1. (1) "Financial regulatory agency" means:

   1. (A) the Texas Department of Banking;
   2. (B) the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending;
   3. (C) the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner; and
   4. (D) the Credit Union Department.

2. (2) "Policy-making body" means:

   1. (A) the Finance Commission of Texas for:

      1. (i) the Texas Department of Banking;
      2. (ii) the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending; and
      3. (iii) the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner; and
   2. (B) the Credit Union Commission for the Credit Union Department.
