The commissioner shall:

1. (1) prepare information of consumer interest describing:

   1. (A) the regulatory functions of the office; and
   2. (B) the office's procedures by which consumer complaints are filed with and resolved by the office; and
2. (2) make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies.
