The guardian of the estate of a ward may purchase estate property in compliance with the terms of a written executory contract signed by the ward before the ward became incapacitated, including:

1. (1) a contract for deed;
2. (2) an earnest money contract;
3. (3) a buy/sell agreement; and
4. (4) a stock purchase or redemption agreement.
