1. (a) If the amount of the bond of a guardian of an estate exceeds $50,000, the court may require that the bond be signed by:

   1. (1) at least two authorized corporate sureties; or
   2. (2) one corporate surety and at least two good and sufficient personal sureties.
2. (b) The guardianship shall pay the cost of a bond with corporate sureties.
