"Mortgage" and "lien" include:
- (1) a deed of trust;
- (2) a vendor's lien;
- (3) a mechanic's, materialman's, or laborer's lien;
- (4) a judgment, attachment, or garnishment lien;
- (5) a federal or state tax lien;
- (6) a chattel mortgage; and
- (7) a pledge by hypothecation.
