Tex. Est. Code § 354.054

Order of Discharge

Effective Jan 1, 2014Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680 (H.B. 2502)

After an estate has been withdrawn from administration under Section 354.053, the court shall enter an order:

(1) discharging the executor or administrator; and
(2) declaring the administration closed.
