The provisions of this subchapter regarding the deposit of cash and securities govern, to the extent the provisions may be applicable, the court orders to be entered when:

1. (1) one of the following circumstances occurs:

   1. (A) estate property has been authorized to be sold or rented;
   2. (B) money has been borrowed on estate property; or
   3. (C) real property, or an interest in real property, has been authorized to be leased for mineral development or subjected to unitization; and
2. (2) the general bond has been found to be insufficient.
