A bond required under Section 305.101(a) must:
- (1) be conditioned as required by law;
- (2) be payable to the judge and the judge's successors in office;
- (3) bear the written approval of the judge in the judge's official capacity; and
- (4) be executed and approved in accordance with this chapter.
