1. (a) An application filed under Section 202.005 must be supported by the affidavit of each applicant.

2. (b) An affidavit of an applicant under Subsection (a) must state that, to the applicant's knowledge:

   1. (1) all the allegations in the application are true; and
   2. (2) no material fact or circumstance has been omitted from the application.
