1. (a) After service of the citation under Section 55.201, the court shall hear the complaint and the evidence on the complaint.

2. (b) The court shall order the personal representative to transfer title to the property, according to the tenor of the bond or agreement, to the complainant if the judge is satisfied from the proof that:

   1. (1) the bond or agreement was legally executed by the decedent; and
   2. (2) the complainant has a right to demand specific performance.
3. (c) The order must fully describe the property to be transferred.
