Types of Plans

Effective Sep 1, 1995Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 1032

The board shall make prepaid tuition contracts available for the:

(1) junior college plan;
(2) senior college plan;
(3) junior-senior college plan; and
(4) private college plan.
