For each year a campus is assigned an unacceptable performance rating, the campus intervention team shall:

1. (1) assist in updating the targeted improvement plan to identify and analyze areas of growth and areas that require improvement; and
2. (2) submit each updated targeted improvement plan described by Subdivision (1) to the board of trustees of the school district.
