The first written notice of a student's performance that a school district gives during a school year as required by Section 28.022(a)(2) must include:

1. (1) a statement of whether the campus at which the student is enrolled has been awarded a distinction designation under Subchapter G or has been identified as an unacceptable campus under Chapter 39A; and
2. (2) an explanation of the significance of the information provided under Subdivision (1).
