1. (a) Before being made available under this subchapter, open education resource instructional material must be evaluated by:

   1. (1) teachers or other experts, as determined by the commissioner; and
   2. (2) parents of students in this state.
2. (b) Based on feedback received by the agency from teachers, parents, and other experts regarding open education resource instructional materials made available under this subchapter, the commissioner may, at any time, require an additional revision of the material.
