- (a) From funds appropriated or available for the purpose, the commissioner, in cooperation with an appropriate private entity, shall establish a grant program to provide funding to school districts for career and technology education courses offered during the summer.
- (b) The commissioner may solicit and accept gifts, donations, or other contributions for the grant program established under this section.
- (c) The commissioner may adopt rules as necessary to implement this section.
