Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann. art. 2700d-11 – Office and Traveling Expenses in Counties of 49,000 to 49,025

In all counties containing a population of not less than forty-nine thousand (49,000), nor more than forty-nine thousand and twenty-five (49,025), according to the last preceding Federal Census, the County Superintendents shall receive from the available school funds of their respective counties, for office and traveling expenses, a sum not to exceed Six Hundred Dollars ($600) per annum.
