For each arrest for a felony or misdemeanor other than a misdemeanor punishable by fine only, the criminal justice information system must include information relating to:

1. (1) offenders;
2. (2) arrests;
3. (3) prosecutions;
4. (4) the disposition of cases by courts;
5. (5) sentencing; and
6. (6) the handling of offenders received by a correctional agency, facility, or other institution.
