Tex. Bus. Orgs. Code § 302.005

Governing Authority

Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182

(a) A professional association shall be governed by:
1. (1) a board of directors; or
2. (2) an executive committee.
(b) The governing authority of a professional association shall be elected by the members of the association.
