Tex. Bus. Orgs. Code § 5.101

Application for Reservation of Name

Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182

(a) Any person may file an application with the secretary of state to reserve the exclusive use of a name under this chapter.
(b) The application must be:
1. (1) accompanied by any required filing fee; and
2. (2) signed by the applicant or by the agent or attorney of the applicant.
