Form and Validity of Notice

Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182

(a) Notice required under this subchapter:
1. (1) must be in writing; and
2. (2) may be mailed, hand-delivered, or delivered by courier or electronic transmission.
(b) Failure to provide notice as required by this subchapter does not invalidate any action taken.
