The Calhoun-Victoria Foreign Trade Zone, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of this state, may apply for and accept a grant of authority to establish, operate, and maintain:

1. (1) a foreign trade zone in Calhoun County, Victoria County, or both; and
2. (2) other subzones.
