For purposes of this chapter, a person conducts a sweepstakes if the person distributes material that:
- (1) promotes a sweepstakes;
- (2) describes one or more sweepstakes prizes;
- (3) states one or more sweepstakes rules;
- (4) includes a current or future opportunity to enter a sweepstakes; or
- (5) provides a method for the recipient of the material to obtain additional information about a sweepstakes.
