1. (a) The department shall submit an annual report to the legislature.

2. (b) The report shall include:

   1. (1) the number of program participants testing an artificial intelligence system in the program;
   2. (2) the overall performance and impact of artificial intelligence systems tested in the program; and
   3. (3) recommendations on changes to laws or regulations for future legislative consideration.
