1. (a) The department shall coordinate with all applicable agencies to oversee the operation of a program participant.

2. (b) The council or an applicable agency may recommend to the department that a program participant be removed from the program if the council or applicable agency finds that the program participant's artificial intelligence system:

   1. (1) poses an undue risk to public safety or welfare;
   2. (2) violates any federal law or regulation; or
   3. (3) violates any state law or regulation not waived under the program.
