Effective Date of Revisions

Effective Jun 13, 2001Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 414 and amended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 705

(a) In this subchapter, "revision" means the revision of this chapter enacted by the 76th Legislature, Regular Session, 1999.
(b) The revision takes effect July 1, 2001.
