1. (a) Fancy peaches:

   1. (1) are medium to large in size;
   2. (2) have good color for the variety; and
   3. (3) are firm and sound, or are properly mature for shipment to a distant market.
2. (b) Fancy peaches shall be carefully picked and closely packed in bushel baskets or in four-basket or six-basket crates.
