- (a) A person who is aggrieved by an order or notice of the department or whose property is to be destroyed under an order or notice is entitled to appeal to a district court of Travis County or to a district court of the county in which the order or notice affects the person.
- (b) In order to perfect an appeal under this section, the person must file suit before the 11th day following the day on which the person received the notice or order.
- (c) A court may hear and determine an appeal under this section during term or vacation.
