Failure to maintain the high ethical and professional standards of the veterinary profession may subject a student to dismissal or other appropriate remedial action by the University.
(1) A student enrolled in the College of Veterinary Medicine is subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal for engaging in the following acts of misconduct, regardless of whether such misconduct is engaged in on or off University owned or controlled property:
